NOTES:

 

·          All prices include gas and electricity, bed linen and towels

·          This is a NO SMOKING apartment

·          Sorry no pets accepted

·          Normal changeover day is Saturday

·          3.30 pm check-in

·          10.00 am check-out

 

BOOKINGS

 

30% of the total rental is due at the time of booking, with the balance due 5 weeks before the arrival date. 

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

Sorry, but we will not normally be able to make a refund for cancellations within 5 weeks of the arrival date unless we are able to re-let the apartment.

 

We reserve the right to cancel any bookings in the event of matters beyond our control and any money paid will be returned in full. 

 

DAMAGE

 

We rely on the honesty and integrity of our guests to report any breakages or damage caused and to replace items or reimburse us as appropriate.
