Balmoral is a superior first floor apartment with its own ground floor entrance. It sleeps 4 + 2 (studio couch and fold-up bed in the third bedroom). It was completely refurbished during 2007 and is situated on the promenade at Hunters Quay with wonderful panoramic views of the Firth of Clyde.

The lounge, the main bedroom (double) and the third bedroom/small sitting room are front facing and all enjoy spectacular views of the ever changing vista, shipping movements and birdlife. The second bedroom (twin), the dining room and the fully equipped modern kitchen overlook the rear garden as does the luxury large walk-in shower room. The kitchen has an electric hob with a built-in electric fan assisted oven, extractor, microwave and dishwasher. The apartment is our second home and as such has all the ‘home from home’ comforts you would expect including games, books, CDs, DVDs, binoculars and telescope.

To the rear there is off road parking and a large garden with a patio area, garden furniture and a barbeque. The apartment is not suitable for the disabled but there is a handrail the full length of the stairs. We have a no smoking and no pets policy.
